How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1-5 business days from our US-based warehouses. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $45 are charged a flat rate of $4.99.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product with our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee. If your pet isn't happy with a product, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. We only carry products that meet or exceed US safety standards. Every item is personally reviewed and tested by our team of pet parents. If we wouldn't use it with our own pets, it doesn't make it into the store.
How do I choose the right size or product for my pet?
Each product page includes sizing and material details to help you choose. When in doubt, email us at hello@pawlyme.com with your pet's breed, weight, and age, and we'll happily point you to the best fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of ordering we'll do our best to help. Email hello@pawlyme.com with your order number and we'll jump on it before it ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check order status through your account page at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
