We believe in every product we sell. But every pet is different — what one fur baby loves, another might not. That's why every PAWLY order is backed by our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee: if your pet isn't happy, neither are we.

What's covered

Return any PAWLY order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — for any reason, no explanation needed.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original or gently used condition
  • Accompanied by your order number

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@pawlyme.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return, and you'll get an email confirmation once it's done. Prefer store credit instead? Just let us know.

Damaged or defective items

Received something damaged or defective? Email returns@pawlyme.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
