The Pawly 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee

At PAWLYME, we believe in every product we sell. But we know every pet is different — what works for one fur baby might not work for another. That is why we offer our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee: if your pet is not happy with a purchase, neither are we.

What is covered

Return any PAWLYME order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason — no explanations needed.

Items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original or gently used condition
  • Accompanied by your order number

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@pawlyme.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at any USPS location
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive email confirmation once processed. Prefer store credit? Just let us know.

Damaged or defective items

Received something damaged? Email returns@pawlyme.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
